Speer IT has been a service provider for processing excavating notifications for many network administrators. An average of 6,000 excavation notifications are processed every day.
The current system for processing excavation notifications has been used since 2010.
In 2014, Kadaster started a new development that was supposed to bring the processing of excavation notifications up to a higher level. This was done under the name KLIC-WIN.
Speer IT closely follows these developments, adapts its systems to them and assists Kadaster with the testing, so that it will be ready for KLIC-WIN as soon as it is actually implemented.
The tests are currently ongoing, and Kadaster regularly adds new components to the current test environment. For example, a new authorisation module recently became available. Now the service providers have the option to test their software against this new module.
The 1e Kamer has approved the new law. When Kadaster has completed the implementation of KLIC-WIN, they will start with a period of 6 months, during which the software susyems of both the service providers and Kadaster will be tested. From January 1, 2019 network administrators will be able to implement the processing of excavation notifications using both the old method and the new method. After 6 months, every network administrator should use the new method for processing.
