Successful audit for our ISO 9001 and 27001 certifications

Once again in June, we had an extensive ISO audit carried out by an accredited certification body. This is an annually recurring procedure of crucial importance to us. We are therefore once again pleased that we passed the audits without any noteworthy findings.

“This certification is very important to us,” explains Peterpaul Brundel, CFO and Quality Manager at Speer IT. “I am responsible for the ISO certifications and monitoring everything that is required for it. I don’t think I need to explain that information security is critical. Especially in the current times we live and work in. For us, the customer comes first and with that comes the data security of all the data that our people and systems deal with on a daily basis.

Our customers must be able to trust blindly that we have our affairs – processes, services, and applications – in order.
In our view, trust is an indispensable link in a partnership. In that context, we want to show with our certificates that we are constantly improving our services and products. And we prove that we meet the current standards of ISO 9001 and 27001.

Obtaining certificates is one thing, but keeping them is another. The audits keep us on our toes and together with the auditors we repeatedly look at where there are still improvements to be made. We are once again satisfied with the successful completion of the audits for our ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certificates,” says Brundel.
