My name is Marie-Cécile and I have been working as a trainer at Speer IT since September 2021. In that short time, a world has opened up for me. After working for five years as a relationship manager in the tourism sector, I was looking forward to a new challenge, although until recently I could not have imagined that I would now be providing training in smart software like Cocon and CTW

So why this huge switch? Speer IT was looking for someone who speaks French in connection with its expansion into Belgium and France, and I happen to be familiar with the French language and culture thanks to my studies and work. For me this is a chance to use those skills in a totally unknown environment, where I am learning a lot every day.

The first French-Dutch training in Brussels is a fact and many more projects are waiting for my colleague and me. The work has technical and theoretical aspects on the one hand, and on the other hand it is very practical and human, which makes it interesting. This combination of smart and social is reflected throughout the company and what I like about it is that it doesn’t matter where you come from to find your place. Sharing knowledge and playing go hand in hand here!
