Once again, Speer IT conducted the annual Customer Satisfaction Survey among our customers. and also this year we scored positively. This survey focuses on topics such as product usage, application knowledge, communication and our services.
The infographic below shows the results of last year at a glance. We are proud to have again received many positive responses from our Cocon and CTW users. Of course, there are also points for improvement that have emerged and we are following up on them.
As your opinion is important to us in order to continue to meet all expectations, we are therefore grateful for the many participants in our customer satisfaction survey. For those we left their email address we will come back at you in person to discuss the feedback.
Speerpunt – Support Portal
52% of our customers is not yet making use of our Speerpunt support portal. We hope that this will improve this coming year as it will speed up the suppoert process for all involved. If you have any questions about this, please contact your account manager.
