On Monday, June 3, Sipke Douna will start as COO at Speer IT. His most important assignment is to guarantee that our services to our customers remain at a high level. Sipke also has a role to play in achieving the growth ambitions of Speer IT at home and abroad. I think I can contribute a lot with my operational experience as COO. Sipke comes from BT Benelux. He started there as a project manager and has progressed through various operational functions and network management to the position of COO and MT member of BT Benelux. Sipke has been COO for 9 years and was responsible for the total operational organization in the Benelux. He led a management team. His spearheads were the efficient and effective organization of the organization and the optimization of processes. He also had the task of improving the organization in the short and long term, by translating the strategic vision into an understandable and immediately applicable operational business plan.
