Speer IT is pleased to share the results of our annual Customer Satisfaction Survey, which was once again conducted among our valued customers. This year, we’re delighted to report positive feedback across key areas such as product usage, application knowledge, communication, and our services.
The infographic below provides a snapshot of last year’s results. We’re proud to receive many positive responses from our Cocon and CTW users. However, we also recognize areas for improvement and are actively addressing these points.

Speerpunt – Support Portal Update:
Currently, 46,2% of our customers have not yet utilized our Speerpunt support portal. We aim to increase its usage in the coming year as it significantly enhances the support process for everyone involved. If you have any questions about the portal, please contact your account manager.
