Once again, we scored positively in the Speer IT 2021 customer satisfaction survey, which is conducted annually among its customers for the previous year. This survey focuses on topics such as product usage, application knowledge, communication and our services.
The infographic below shows the results of last year at a glance. We are proud to have again received many positive responses from our Cocon and CTW users. Of course, there are also points for improvement that have emerged and we are working hard on them.
SPeerpunt – SUPPORT PORTAL
What strikes us is that many of our customers do not know our support portal Speerpunt. This portal makes reporting bugs, wishes and other issues a lot more efficient for all parties. If you have any questions about this, please contact your account manager.
